For the shortest and most direct route from Mt. Vernon beginning at the intersection of  Rt. 37 (10th St.) and Rt. 15 (Broadway) go north on Rt. 37 approximately 18 miles.  At Church Rd., just past Foster Salvage, turn left (west) and continue going west for approximately 1 mile.  At College St. Rd. turn right (north) and continue going north approximately 2 miles.  At Brandy Ln. turn left (west) and follow Brandy Ln. until it turns to the left (south) and becomes Blaine Ln.  The sale will be at 3418 Blaine Ln., the brown cedar house on the left side of the road.
